Refund Policy
Effective April 29, 2026
The Short Version
Documents that have been successfully delivered are non-refundable. If we failed to deliver, we will make it right immediately: full refund or re-delivery, your choice.
Successful Delivery: No Refund
PaperHammer sells digital documents that are generated and delivered instantly upon payment. Once your download link has been delivered to your email and is accessible, the sale is final.
This is consistent with standard digital goods policy and the EU’s right-of-withdrawal exception for digital content that has been made available immediately upon purchase.
When You Are Entitled to a Full Refund
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- Your payment was processed but no document was delivered within 24 hours
- You were charged twice for the same document
- A technical error resulted in a document that was blank, corrupted, or clearly not generated from your inputs
In these cases, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund within 5 business days, or re-deliver your document, whichever you prefer.
Lifetime Access Purchases
Lifetime access ($79) is also non-refundable once you have downloaded at least one document. If you purchased lifetime access and have not yet generated a document, contact us within 7 days and we will issue a full refund.
Dissatisfaction with Content
PaperHammer generates documents based on the information you provide. We cannot issue refunds because you changed your mind about pursuing the claim, the letter did not achieve the result you hoped for, or you disagree with the AI’s phrasing (you are always able to edit the document before purchasing).
If you feel the document was meaningfully inaccurate given the inputs you provided, contact us; we review these on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@afterbuck.com with your order confirmation email and a brief description of the issue. We respond within one business day.
